6:30am – 4:00 pm	Set up trees, judges meeting (closed to climbers)
7:00am – 4:15pm	Day of Safety Workshop
1:30pm – 5:30pm	Climber check in / gear inspection.
Saturday, June 7, 2025
6:30am	Set up and judges meeting.
7:30am	Climbers’ Meeting
8:30am	Preliminary events begin and will run all day until they are complete.
3:30pm	40 years and up climb (after main events conclude)
Sunday, June 8, 2025
7:00am	Check in / setup and judges meeting for masters.
8:30am	Masters’ Challenge Begins
	Awards Ceremony to follow the Final Climb!
